The point is they committed a crime and just because they suffered tragedy that shouldn't negate that.
I don't know but I'm firmly of the belief that anyone who commits a crime that puts a child at risk should face prosecution for that crime. No ifs, no buts.
what do you suggest on top of their child being killed? a few hrs community service? the murderer is the one I'm after
Usually yes. But he could be in I’ll health. Dying already maybe? Negotiating tool to get a lighter room to die in or anything. Or maybe it’s eating away at him and he’s had enough. I originally thought that his dna has maybe popped up against the original case however this would have happened when he was first arrested/convicted.
I'm not going to get into the could bes I'm just putting 2 and 2 together based on the info released .. too much of a coincidence.. if it wasn't him then I'm open to the earth being flat.. I hope they torture this arsehole to find out where the body is .. even if it wasn't him he's guilty of others so **** it bring out the tool kit
I'm not a judge so it's not for me to decide the severity of the sentence, it's just my belief that people putting children at risk should be prosecuted. As for the second bit what makes you think I'm not? It's not an either/or situation.
Typical. Brits spend 13 years looking for Maddie, Germans take a look on Monday, find the culprit and announce she's sadly died by Wednesday. 13 years. Same amount of time that Newcastle United went missing, presumed dead. That murderer is going to get £300m in cash. Life's strange.
you think they give a **** more about some poxy court ruling than losing their child to a rapist murderer? I don't and I don't see any benefit in this particular circumstance of damaging the family more. I never said you weren't mate we don't agree mate let's move on we ate going around in circles
it really depends on his wealth.. if he's got enough money to change the order it will suffer the same kind of obstacles
