I've answered your question which is basically how I'd put out the fire once the fire has already started.

I would take precautions to ensure the fire risks were minimised in the 1st place.
I repeat: Have you thought of standing for parliament?

Gordon-----------Wilson------------Almiron
----Longstaff--Bruno---Miley--------
Hall------Burn---Lascelles----Livramento
--------------------Dubravka-----------------

Wouldn't risk starting Botman, bring him on late. Keep trippier away from starting for now.

Give Hall a chance.

Gordon is buckled mate thanks to a red card challenge the ref didn't fancy giving.. Almiron is exhausted and can barely run.

Going out of 2 competitions in the space of a week is bad enough, surely?

I think it's for the best, but suspect the league form is about to get pretty nasty aswel. I mean seriously we can all surely see the players are drained to the point if exhaustion... I've never seen Almirons legs collapsing under him when trying to turn.

I've been like that before you are finished and at this level fitness is vital...it's been like watching the boxing where one is just good for 4 rounds.

Kell Brook vs Golovkin

Seen it regularly with Joelinton in the 18 yard box to be fair <laugh>

Yeah that's true he really has a balance issue... the thing is though it is there for us all to see mate, we can all see these players are absolutely drained.

Newcastle are have now lost 4 of their last 5 games with their only victory being against 10 men for 70 minutes.

I suspect Howe will be under pressure for the 1st time come February, but he'll be backed and they'll expect to improve next season.

There's bizarrely already some fans wanting him replaced which is a bit daft..... this game on paper to these fans is a game they'll expect to win, so of they don't beat Luton they'll start going for him.

What do you mean bizarrely?

You've just speculated as to why they would want him replaced.

I would anticipate a change in approach somewhere down the line. I'm not saying howe needs replacing.

You've just stacked up damning statistics of the last 5 games, with no mention of what has happened over the 100 with Howe.

You have then gone on to speculate that he will under pressure come February, as a result of apparent form continuing like the last 5 games.

That is the thinking of these "bizarre" fans.

What I've done is make a prediction not state an opinion... surely you know the difference.

I've then stated my opinion to clear it up in response to you.
