I'll own up to having got the Bale move a little bit wrong. In my defence, I was, perhaps with hindsight, a little naive to have put so much store by what Spurs legend, Cliff Jones, said.
However - and let's be very, very clear about this - I am prepared to stake my entire reputation on making the extremely bold prediction that Kane will be staying for at least another season with Spurs!
There! No excuses, now! If I am wrong, my entire rep will disappear over night. But, if I am right, I will very gracefully accept the apologies of all of you who have doubted me. I cannot be any fairer than that.

So after proclaiming that Bale would be going nowhere, then proclaiming that Harold Kane will be going nowhere, there's rumours that Man Utd are preparing a bid worth £50m (including offloading some deadwood to Spurs) for Kane to give the lad a taste of Champions League football. Personally I reckon boy wonder needs to prove himself over more than 3/4 of one season, but we all know that LVG is going to be throwing cash around like a sweaty perv in a strip club this summer.
