Doesn't matter what colour they are, black, white, pink, blue ... they're just low life scum out to cause bother and do a bit of robbing along the way. Police blatantly can't handle what's happening so surely the army should be called in. I don't know the legalities of it but I'm sure this could be an option. Other countries do it so why don't we??

You are right about it being low-life scum who are both white and black...regarding the police not having the numbers to cope, this is quite worrying and may be a direct result of the huge government cut backs in this area. Our armed forces are also stretched to the limit due to the amount of active service abroad and further government cut backs..

Well when I see how much tax disappears from my monthly pay I wonder what it actually gets spent on. The money the government has clawed back in these two vital areas (army/police) is borderline suicidal, maybe this is the wake up call it needs. We're due to host the worlds largest sporting event in less than a year ... how do they expect to police that I wonder?
There will be blacks in the mob, same as there will be whites and if they all filled in a questionaire, I think you'll find most nationalities, religions, and shades of colours represented.
