It was actually just after the five minute mark. He came back on the pitch for a couple of minutes and didn't look too bad. Six months? Would never have guessed.

It was a nice tackle. Pritch got the ball. There was no free kick.

There's no way he came back on the pitch after doing his acl. Immediately after rupturing an acl you literally can't stand on it, let alone walk or run, your knee just buckles out of line without the ligament holding it in place.

Honest.

He had some bending treatment. Walked off the pitch. Came back on. Ran around. Wasn't limping. Even the commentator remarked on it. Sat down. Walked off the pitch.

I'd just like to say as a Hull City fans, and been to every game this year, Jake Livermore is an excellent player. One for the future for sure.

Livermore and Huddlestone have made me hope for a good Hull result every week. They're both very popular around here.

Livermore may have suffered from the problem a lot of young players have here: they get too little game time and can't build their confidence as they might if they played regularly. I hope he does well because few players care more for the team than he does. The truth is I can see him going to you on a permanent deal, considering how stocked we are with midfielders.

I wished we would have held on to Huddlestone, because he's a great option B. I'm not sure there's a more dangerous long passer anywhere (his problem being he's too slow to be an effective defensive midfielder). The thing to have if possible with Huddlesone is some pace at the front. He'll hit them in stride from a long way off.

I'll try and post the whole 4 minutes tonight.

It's unbelievable that Chelsea let him play on. What may have been a 3-4 week injury has transformed into a 6 month injury requiring surgery.

That's bloody horrible. Your knee's not supposed to do that.

Today's loanee news:
Adam Smith played the full 90 minutes for Derby in their 1-0 loss against Nottingham Forest
Livermore starts for Hull against Wet Spam
Carroll and Benny start for QPR against Middlesbrough
Khumalo starts for Doncaster against Sheffield Wednesday
Hall and Pritchard start for Swindon against Preston, although Mason didn't make the squad
Ceballos on the bench for FC Arouca's game with Academica de Coimbra
Gomelt didn't play in Royal Antwerp's 1-0 win over Excelsior Virton (is it really so hard for Belgians to public complete matchday squads?)
Falque didn't make the Rayo Vallecano squad for their game with Valencia

Carroll and Benny played their part in QPRs 2 nil win, both played 90 minutes and Carroll was used further forward.

Thats 7 wins in 9 for QPR, Dead certs for promotion with Redknapp.

Carroll seemed to do better today (I wasn't there, but have read the reports from the match) - everyone seemed to think he was used a little further back for much of the game, although he, Faurlin and Niko switched forward going duties a lot.

Thank you for loaning us ABE - he's absolute bloody class!!!

Misread the report about Carroll, he was indeed player further back, which is his best position anyway and once he improves with his decision making he wont give the ball away in dangerous areas, which unfortunately does happen as he's extremely ambitious with his passing.

who's ABE?'E is'nt even near B on the keyboard

If Fryers doesn't come on leaps and bounds this year, and Coentrao is not signed in January,
I expect AVB and BAE to man up. Which means BAE will be recalled for the final half of the
season and put in a shift.
