We’ve a 3 hour 'Teams meeting' booked in with LNER, for a week on Tuesday, to discuss what deals they’re going to be able to provide us with for the 25/26 season. Some of the services, provided last season, made a big difference to people and kept the costs low. There'll be 4 customer service managers on the call and I'll keep anyone interested informed. As well as prices there'll be a discussion regarding delays, replacement trains, compensation, etc.

I'll also be looking at us all being able to pass on SCs, match tickets, etc, to help people get to games.
