We’ve a 3 hour 'Teams meeting' booked in with LNER, for a week on Tuesday, to discuss what deals they’re going to be able to provide us with for the 25/26 season. Some of the services, provided last season, made a big difference to people and kept the costs low. There'll be 4 customer service managers on the call and I'll keep anyone interested informed. As well as prices there'll be a discussion regarding delays, replacement trains, compensation, etc. I'll also be looking at us all being able to pass on SCs, match tickets, etc, to help people get to games.
No problem at all mate, I'll let everyone know. We all know things will be tricky, regarding match day changes, Sky clarting about and whatever. Hopefully LNER can help, they were great last season.
