That classic game/ritual where you try and unload the dishwasher before the kettle boils.
RSS hit the nail on the head.
Since MrsNo7 got a 'one cup' kettle (that only boils one cup at a time so it is quicker), the game has been more challenging, but this morning I opened all the kitchen cupboards and the cutlery draw in readiness. I also removed the pots from one cupboard as the colander has to go behind them. It was tight, but i got the last spoon in and draw shut as the kettle boiled.
Saints Victory it is then.
