That’s a tough one. You have to give a pen in that scenario. If he moves his arm I’m not sure. Slow motions makes it look worse.

But he saved a goal with his arm, in same way if you score with your arm even if it hits you knee it’s not allowed has to be same with saving it.

However red card? not sure, I don’t think can say 100% was intentional in which case I’d go on side of caution
