The main criticisms I have is that I do not think Adkins has actually bought that well Hooiveld aside and that his plan B and C may well be brilliant but I think the players find it hard to adapt and we often lose all shape and discipline when chasing games.
However, I think we have to look at the long term goal, promotion within five years, stability and a financially sound footing so why would we want dramatic change.
