You only bottle it when you're in with a good chance with the finishing line in sight, so a team like Everton did not bottle it. No doubt about it though, we have most certainly bottled it, ditto Arsenal, and as for City - that's TBD.
They didn't win the FA Cup or League Cup whilst teams like Wigan did so they did bottle it surely. Or where Wigan in with a chance and Everton weren't
As a betting man I think Atletico are worthy favourites for this, as they are stronger in most positions than Chelsea. Chelsea have been struggling all over the park this season, and are only 2nd in the PL table, due to it being one of the poorest PLs in recent memory.
I really do think Atletico will win this comfortably, they just have far to much quality for Chelsea. There is no way Chelsea would get anywhere near the top of the table in Spain, they'd be flagging along way behind the front 3 in 4th

If that happens - I have no doubt you'll get the right result at home.
Sometimes playing the away leg first is an advantage. Especially for a team like Chelsea who are (in general) very impressive at seeing games out on home soil.
