Szoboszlai. absolutely brilliant again. the contrast of a young player who can run all day amd last years old men is night and say.

Next 2 weeks will be huge indication of where we are in terms of top 4 or a title challenge.

away to 4th place spurs. Then away to 3rd place Brighton. Come through those with 4/6 points and title challenge could be on. 0-3 points and maybe it’s just a top 4 battle this year.

imo Brighton will be having to deal with the amount of games by the time we play but should be harder game.

spurs will be a right ding dong imo. back and forth and lots of chances.

Yeah, on one hand major risk of points dropped... but on the other hand it's an opportunity to put daylight over our two main rivals for second.

Feels like business as usual this. I'm not even worried when we're not winning at HT. As long as we're still in the game it feels like we've regained the options, stamina and know how to win.

The season we won the title we were frequently crap in the first half and amazing in the second.

Are we just better at pacing ourselves for 90 mins rather than churning through all our energy in the first half?

My son has recently declared himself an Arsenal supporter. As I’m in Lisbon can’t see any of the games but winding him up by text. He was gloating when they went 2-1 up, but since it went to and ended 2-2 he’s not speaking to me <laugh>
