A major part of that is we panic and stop playing with any thought & just too add insult to injury our CB's will be playing a high round with no cover.
Yes. I think the ground doesn't need much to go very quiet as well. thats a problem for me with the league especially. then panic is one thing but I would also ay being individual, breaking trust and not playing the fast one touch but dribbling off on own or lashing shots etc. I liked what we did with west ham. 4 up and 4 back and two in middle almost. There was no way west ham were doing us on break. It will be interesting to see if we do that or if moreno will be sent out to play on the opponents end line again.
Coutinho announced himself fit for the Brazil game tonight, so I would imagine he will feature on the weekend too.
After Southampton it's Chelsea in the league, this is a must win game. Let's start with Southampton. We win that we put 3 in the bank and can then afford a draw with Chelsea. In my mind Southampton and stoke are must wins and if the other 2 were credible draws I would be very happy
https://www.thisisanfield.com/2017/11/jurgen-klopps-new-look-4-2-2-2-long-making-liverpool/ interesting reading here. formation.. agree or no?
lets see it used more before passing judgement until then Jury is out for me .i Though do like the idea of more "solidity" in defence , after all as many have of us have pointed out surely the front 5 don't need the help of ,say, Gomez to score normally but they do need space to operate at their best.
personally i think the starting formation is irrelevant the real trick is for the players to take appropriate positions as the game progresses albeit inside an overall framework as worked thru in training.
officals are: Referee: Mike Jones Assistants: Harry Lennard, Mark Scholes Fourth official: Michael Oliver
I think its a wee bit wishful thinking cos if we'd done it v spurs then i would be saying ok yeah ti has been coming. Its also an away day type set up not a formation for southampton who have 30% possession on purpose.
