He rarely gets a chance and late sub appearances aren't a proper chance. We saw him scores vs Leicester from the bench at the end of last season and last night as well straight from the bench.

You're writing him off by saying he's not good at scoring when he hasn't had a proper chance, and Leeds is clearly a great opportunity for him. We're unlikely to have a new striker in by the Leeds game (we need one in by the end of window), but Osula is fine for this game.

I said from the start we need to sign a striker, everyone thinks this, it's not your idea to agree with.

Why would you have Barnes rather than Osula? Both will play with Osula in the middle. They're not similar players.

Which is the default position of the debate, so you definitely agree.

Barnes was awful and I don't think he looks even remotely happy either.

I'd play Ramsey Osula and Elanga
.. Maybe even Willock... Barnes really looks like he's aged into a 40 year old early. Legs have completely gone.



We need to keep the ball especially away from home.
 
So if we lose here without a striker recruited that would be 8 point lost. If that were to happen, and NUFC as a club have willfully let that happen, we could have alternatively blown £1B on transfers and the points deduction would probably have been there or thereabouts.

And if we lose every game this season we will be relegated. And if we never ever win another game we will drop out of the league. And if

Or, we could win on Saturday, have bought a good striker and not sell Isak and reintegrate him into the team successfully.

Let’s agree not to whinge and cry until the circumstances merit it. Agreed?

Well you disagreed then said you agreed right from the start.

Actually at the start you were arguing about the difference between the use of the term proper striker...you're never in the same debate... It's a scatter approach.. Either you're a very good wum or you're taking a cocktail of medicines.

When I said you think wrong it was clearly related to you thinking I was winding you up about Osula. Ie when I said he has 19 career goals and you disputed it.

I was clearly talking about Osula's goals, and that's obvious even with you cutting off the rest of my post which confirms beyond any doubt it was about Osula's goals.

Yeah but that wasn't what you were arguing about initially in the thread anyway. It was just something separate you funnelled into...

Ultimately my position was that we don't have a proper striker and need one and you do actually agree with that.

We don't agree on osulas attributes..hes more of a fwd than a striker and yes there's a difference....we can argue that but what's the point.. We disagreed pages ago on that anyway.. It doesn't matter.
 
Larsen could be in by the weekend. So worst case scenario is Osula up front, but since we're playing a side with Sean Longstaff in midfield it may not be that much of an issue.
