With respect Ashton it's not "the whole problem in a nutshell." You are ignoring FFP that has a massive part to play. It is extremely difficult to achieve promotion against sides with PP. And dont give me LM has been well backed. He has been well backed in the context of city but compared to a number of sides in the division and even those below, if you count Birmingham, he has not. And as side note we are now after 10 games one place better off than last season under Nige
Why are you referring back or comparing, I’m not. If we don’t turn things around and are flirting with relegation our present manager should go, regardless who he is. My comment about in a nutshell was referring to who will chose the replacement, we don’t have a coherent or professional management structure.

You didn’t make that clear and implied the whole problem is down to the board. You may be right that there is a problem with it but you can’t just fix that and guarantee success given the financial constraints City operate under when you inevitably have to compare it to our competitors. To do so is naive.

Sorry if I didn’t make myself clear, at work so reply was a bit rushed. All teams work under the same FFP rules though. Obviously fixing our structural problems wouldn’t guarantee success, but it would help.

No problem. Yes same FFP rules just some have a lot more income and head room. Hey if was easy it wouldn’t be fun!
