It's an interesting view coming from a supporter of Leeds, and their shenanigans over the last few years. Re-stating the facts regarding WFC's completely legitimate, open, honest, above board and sanctioned behaviour is a waste of time, so here are my views on Leeds... any club that had the misfortune to have Revie as manager (who lowered the standards of honesty, decency, and fair play to a level somewhere below Hades) and then followed it up by employing ridsdale, and finally being owned by bates deserves all the misfortune coming it is way. which sadly, falls on those least deserving it, the loyal supporters. you, the supporters have my sympathy. The club however shouldn't exist.

Bit harsh but I must admit many times I've come home from games n people have got different interpretations of the game from the radio, we were by far the better team and Austin doesn't actually give that many fouls away, also seen people say he's slow but for a stocky strong cm he's very quick
Bit rich coming from someone who's club most recently got involved in some very dodgy goings on under previous ownership n now are bending every rule possible to try and get to the prem.
Having watched the highlights from the Football League Show, it appears to me that even if the Brighton player in the center of the field was in an offside position, there was no infraction when the other Brighton player kicked it.
As soon as Tom Lees plays it in a controlled manner the offside is reset and of course the forward cannot be offside when the defender plays the ball.
Sorry, I don't see a missed call there.
Did the offside player make any attempt to get to the ball? If so, then regardless of if he actually got there or not, he is offside
I dont think that is necessarily true. If the attacker is on the far side of the field and the ball is on the near side, it really makes no difference if he moved to attempt to get the ball.
Josh at that time he had no chance of getting to the ball, any movement was irrelevant at that time.
Some less-experienced referees, really assistant referees, believe that they should only raise the flag when an offside player reaches the ball. Of course, the better practice is to raise the flag as soon as it is recognized that the player is in an offside position and will ultimately get to the ball. No need to make them sprint 30 - 40 yards.
Well as I haven't seen it yet its really hard for me to grasp the scenario but if any player makes a movement to get to the ball, even if the defender gets there first then it is offside. Because it can put the defender off or they can get to a ball that they wouldn't have been able if they didn't make that movement. Being involved in play doesn't mean they touch the ball necessarily, I think I just need to see it to be honest but the football league show isn't on till Tuesday night for some reason in Aus
I agree with that ("Being involved in play doesn't mean they touch the ball necessarily"), providing the player in the offside position is close enough for the defender to be influenced by him. In this case he is at least 25 - 35 yards away. Unless I am not seeing what others are.
Just watched it again.
Buckley appears to be in an offside position when the header goes towards Tom Lees. No offside, not involved, etc.
When the ball is played backwards, I see 2 things:
1) Appears that it is Tom Lees who kicks it as his man is completely shielded from the ball, but from that angle, impossibe to say for sure.
2) Buckley may be further from the goal than the ball so not in offside position.
This may have been a split second almost impossible to get it right call and the official position is to give benfit of the doubt to the attacker.
Maybe somewhat simliar to Walcott's goal yesterday. Very tough to judge, especially at speed.

Your teams methods for reaching the Premier League are nothing short of disgraceful. There's no rule against it, doesn't mean there shouldn't be a rule against it. Just because something is legally allowed, doesn't make it morally correct.
