I think you should write a book WC about your memories going to watch the mighty Whites. It's supporters like yourself. Leeds60 and all the other of your generation of supporters that I respect and admire. I say that genuinely out of respect and I hope I don't sound patronising.

I have a lousy memory. I bought a magazine with my first weeks wage in 1946 which was a record of Leeds games during the war. The magazine cost two shillings and six pence which at the time was a tradesmans hourly rate. It has enabled me to guess when I started the love affair with the club although its been sorely tested by some of the crooks that have bled the club over the years.

Its not really a magazine its a 35 page booklet there are no pictures its a record of Leeds United games and the guest players who played for them during the war years.
