At this point, and at the risk of knee jerking, with the mistakes they ALL seem to be making we maybe need to sell the entire back 4 in January and start again. None of them seem to be able to read the game at all. They all, to a man, react to where the ball has gone instead of already being there. Every game they seem absolutely amazed and dumbfounded that players will flick the ball on. Its not that difficult to anticipate but our lot read it wrong every single time.

Big half Jesse lad as there is no hiding that performance. they are pulling us left right and centre with ease. no composure from us, so many individual errors with nobody wanting to leather the ball and try their luck it's all tippy tappy till we lose it. I've said it before and I will say it again, we need to change to a 2-3-5 formation. Our defending ain't going to be much worse than it already is, and with 5 attackers we might create 2 chances instead of 1
