I disagree, I love the consistent approach and message McKenna gives, how it's about the process and one game at a time, this mentality has worked wonders for us...don't change it now.

That’s all well and good, but means nothing really.

In Nov/Dec Leeds averaged 2.22 points per game. Continue to do that till the end of the season and we’ll end up with 96 points.

Whatever happens, whoever ends up automatically promoted will have deserved it after a 46 game slog.

Edit: Can’t be bothered to look it up but maybe Southampton, based on average points gained in Nov/Dec continued till the end of the season, would end up with an even higher points haul than both Ipswich and Leeds.

It was relentless at the top of League One last season - it’s impossible to predict exactly what will be necessary.

What a nasty thing to say. As a 75 yr old Grandad Town supporter for 65 yrs, who has seen the really good times with Sir Bobby et al, and the really poor times in recent years, I will keep watching, yelling, cheering, chatting on match days. And I hope to get fit enough to drive the 150 miles up to Suffolk this season, in Springtime, to watch live!

If any rival fan asks me that, he will get thumped!

£206m where did you get that figure from, the Sun or Mirror by any chance. Our big money signings virtually all left to go out on loan. I do agree we’re still in an envious position with the squad value and some of the talent we have.

I think Ipswich have done remarkable, I do feel you have to get promotion this season, next will be harder as you need to hang on to your better players and I’m honestly not on a wind up when I say you’ve no chance hanging on to your coach if you don’t go up. He’ll be number one target for someone in the PL when the merry-go-round starts.

My first ever Leeds game was behind the goal in the Ipswich end with my mates dad who was an Ipswich fan. 1981 you had Mariner, Butcher and Wark playing, Leeds were winning 1-0 at half time but lost 2-1

I’ve no problem with Ipswich or their supporters, if Leeds go up I’d prefer Ipswich to take the other auto over Leicester.

Have a good Christmas all, family day for me today and a hyped up 4yr old grandson (Who is staying over with the daughter) and decided to wake us all up at 5am asking if today was Christmas ;)
