    Colin has a long & distinguished track record of making stuff up. He’s been predicting the Aussies for 2 years. I’ve now had the misfortune of standing near to him at the Valley, and he wouldn’t be out of place in an episode of the X Files.

    Given that Bowyer is reported to be on only £2,000 a week at Charlton, and the average wage for a manager in the Championship is £475,000 a year ....I wonder what “ridiculous” is ?

    As LB has repeatedly said, he is not a greedy person, but every man has personal pride and a breaking point. He’s just got us promoted on a shoestring FFS !

    Err. 2000 per week would be ridiculous.
    For a promotion winning manager, a jump in wages would bevlogical.
    I said back in the day I thought Bowyer would stay as long as RD didn't take the urine. Well, sounds like RD has done just that.

    The warning signs have been there since January. To Roland Charlton is just a bloody nuisance. If Bowyer does walk expect a statement that it isn't Roland's fault. The statement will be cheered on by the usual suspects on ITTV.
