Depends on seriousness of case. A deliberate shoving of glass in anyone's face is cowardly and could have been fatal , but an accident during a melee where Lee was holding a bottle is different. Not presuming to know the outcome in court, but doesn't his extension of contract suggest the club believe his sentence will be non-custodial. Bet they put a get out clause in it though.
 
Barneys Trial started today, has anyone got any news, the last I heard was that it had been adjourned, but why and how long for wasn't clear.
 
The delay is criminal in itself and must impinge on the guys human rights, it sound like our justice system is being short changed like many other public services.
