Well she best hope she doesn’t come back then cos she’s an absolute pig of a person, even if she’s innocent she’ll **** up.

Although she isn’t innocent, she is a terrorist.

Legally she isn't as it stands. 400 others who have returned and not prosecuted attest to this.

They are on about sending in the SAS to rescue her kid.

So this kid born in Syria to a Dutch father is being seen as a British citizen, but the mother is being stripped of hers

How does that work then?

Fiddy quid she doesn’t?
Not something I'm remotely interested in betting on. That's just what I think will happen as the UK can't just say she's not our problem and then expect other countries to take back their criminals. Ultimately it will become too much of an international clusterfuck just so Javid can look tough at a time when his party want to whip up public support.

Declan Rice is ****ed then ....

... but seriously for a moment Saffy ... and I have absolutely no sympathy for her plight, despite what the 'one cells' seem to think, why is nobody in authority quoting what they can actually charge her with should she return? ... or have I missed it?
I think we chose to stay silent on it, while our options were getting reviewed.

No he didn't Bobster - he cited treason - it is not treason to travel overseas - it is not even treason per se to join an illegal organisation (might be prosecutable under other laws) - to be able to prove treason you would either have to prove that she gave away sovereign intelligence (like a spy) or that her actions in some way constituted a direct threat to the UK ... not sure that shagging a jihadi counts ... you got anything else?
You missed this one...

It's an offence if someone does not inform the police if he/she believes that someone they know is in preparation of acts of terrorism.

I reckon she suspected her IS boyfriend may have been involved in acts of terrorism.
