nobody will send her to Bangladesh right away
she's in Syria and will be tried in Syria as a member of ISIS
after her prison sentence - if found guilty - she can apply to countries to take her or if not then she could be deported to Bangladesh

That's a thought actually

Is she in a refugee camp or being held currently?

You need to be showing me her application for dual citizenship mate, i don't believe it exists and the government are doing this on bloodline, well that would be you fooked for starters, your half Aztec.
Shut up you french ****

Your assertion that she should be used as a sex slave by people with “needs”. I know you were absolutely hammered when you posted that but it was still an appalling comment and an insight into what seeps through your twisted mind.
Gangs?
I love it when people take the moral high ground against a post that was obviously not serious. I will try to post something else to offend you in the future if the situation arises <ok> :emoticon-0105-wink:

The point that seems to be being missed is the message that this sends out to any others contemplating joining such extremist groups ... do it and the only way you will see your family again is if they come to see you in a foreign land ...

If she had come back here the British taxpayer would likely be shelling out a fortune over time either for a prison stretch or to support her and her child ... whichever way you look at it this is going to cost the British taxpayer a lot less and the intelligence services less work over all ... if she wants to radicalise Bangladeshis in their own country so what? Less damage than doing it here.

Personally I don't care that we might miss an opportunity to 'punish' her ... she believed in the ISIS cause and it's divine caliphate destiny ... that destiny has now been irrefutably crushed and instead she will now live out her days in a country where the vast majority may share her faith but not her ideology ... perhaps she will now reflect on her life choices and accept that her plight is of her own making ... and that if God (if he exists) had been on the side of ISIS she wouldn't now be headed for Bangladesh ...

Last time i heard she was in a refugee camp, unless that situation has changed.

That's what I thought. So not in captivity?

Not sure of the details but if she isn't in captivity then the only trial and potential punishment is in returning to UK??

I would imagine if you as an English man tried any terrorist **** in America then they will try you and probably execute you in America. They wouldn't send you home mate...

Yeah would have thought so. But isn't there some issue with trump saying those in Guantanamo will be released if no one claims them?

Was thinking this is similar, if that makes sense?

I'm not aware of any criminal charges in her current situation ie she is not in captivity and can freely (term used loosely) move about. Her only restriction is she is penniless and cannot afford travel as some others may be able to do around her.

If she's pennyless, presumably she was expecting the UK to pay her cab fair home. Anyway, if you can live like a King on a penny in Bangladesh, a pocket full of fresh air should bed worth a fortune in Syria.

Fair enough. I was just trying to get.my head around what others raised around her being tried by the syrians

If everyone knows where she is and they haven't even arrested her then I guess, as it stands it's no the syrians aren't. Like you said before though it may be subject to change as time goes on
