Not confused mate and nit quite what I said

I said her family want her back so if she moves to Bangladesh and isn't imprisoned etc then they potentially could support her financially and she potentially could be living it large never having been held accountable or punished
with a newborn baby,

She might be entitled to apply to be a Bangadeshi citizen but that doesn't mean she will become one. Even if she applied, they probably have the same powers that we have, so they could refuse. That will make her stateless and our courts will overturn the Home Secretary's decision which means she will get an absolute right to return. That puts her in a stronger position than she is now.

If we **** her off first the Bangladesh cant make her stateless

Yeah but that would be on page 27. This is some front page stuff to proclaim as a fantastic victory for our nation and government.

No you stop talking about cars!

Wtf?

I've seen you go at Fan at the drop of the hat.

Do you know the law on this one, are are you just guessing?

I only go at Fan when he is talking bolloxs, which is most the time, but he is right this time, the government have fooked up. But as Rorschah stated, it's going to take 2-3 years through the courts to sort this out, so the government have pulled a fast one.

with a newborn baby,

That makes it easier tbh.

So legally if her parents send her money it could be seen as supporting terrorism. Send the money for the baby and it's not

And the parents may even be able to.ask.for the baby to be put in their care, so potentially he would be here

I don't think she should be sent to Bangladesh, she is OUR problem, we need to deal with it, and stop passing the buck.
nobody will send her to Bangladesh right away
she's in Syria and will be tried in Syria as a member of ISIS
after her prison sentence - if found guilty - she can apply to countries to take her or if not then she could be deported to Bangladesh

Won't Syria deport her to the UK?

Is that gospel or you again 2nd guessing?

Plus the question is, who talks the most bollox out of the 2 of you?

Fair point. But did the girl actually have dual citizenship at the time of the governments decision, if it wasn't applied for then surely the answer is no?
No idea mate, the fact is she will be brought home and settle back into society (after a few years of infamy).
I can't really see what charges she could face, joining a terrorist organisation? in truth we can only prove she married a member of one (assuming we can prove she was married), other than that it could be stealing her sisters passport (how did she get through customs, are they twins) and not much else really.

Tbf I could be wrong. I'm just going by what is being said. In the pong run there maybe stuff that is not apparent

What i.cant get.my head around, again based on what's been said, is that this who wanted her dead are happy with her simply coming tt the UK, even if it means she isn't tried and punished

You need to be showing me her application for dual citizenship mate, i don't believe it exists and the government are doing this on bloodline, well that would be you fooked for starters, your half Aztec.
