Agree about the German but Chris Chilton never took penalties. It was always Ken Houghton during that era.
Our worst penalty taker after Houghton left must have been Terry Neill.
Best in my time? Houghton, McKewan, Marwood, then I'm struggling because we never seem to get that many penalties for one player to be well known just for taking them although don't recall Malik Wilks missing many?
Is my memory playing tricks or didn’t Stuart Pearson take a penalty well?

Premier League - Bullard 4 from 5.
Championship - Fryatt 5 from 6.
