Koren has really tested my patience for the past year, but he seems to have upped his game now he has been made the permanent captain for our Premier League season. Proved me wrong, and i'm glad.

He was one of many today who gave a tremendous performance.

Best game I have seen Koren have for quite a while, as has been said above maybe he does get that bit more time on the ball in the premiership.

    Fair play to Koren..

Best game I've seen him play for about two seasons in terms of effort and impact.

Still think McGregor pipped him for MOTM though.

Don't know what this thread is all about... Koren is past it just like everyone always says.

I seem to remember him getting forward a couple of times but no one else bothered to make a run and it amounted to nothing.

When he's **** we say he's ****. He was good today, doesn't mean we were wrong to criticise him for most of last season.

He's supposed to be a creative attacking midfielder and usually not a defensive work horse. Yesterday he was the opposite, which is what we needed, however, I don't think he's a shoe in for a start, I think Quinny should replace him when he's fit

He was exceptional today, I think after the sending off he knew he had to go that extra mile and he did, might already have been mentioned but Koren and Livermore did really well together.

I was wondering that - I only saw it this morning on MOTD.
