I think we'll have to agree to disagree on this one mate <ok>

I wouldn't say he lucked out with the set up when we used it in his first season too. The man delivered consecutive record finish & points in the PL, all while losing players. To say he 'lucked out' is harsh to the extreme imo.

As you say we'll soon find out either way. Reckon they'll lose today either way <laugh>

Ron lucked out in the way all our managers do....they get to manage Saints!! He is a good manager, but can he manage Everton's expectations. If he gets the fans on his side (which he probably will), he should be OK.

But we can always hope.
