Cause varies with people....meat and chocolate late in the day does it for me. Have no problem with cheese. Do you remember how annoying old people were when they used to say, 'I love chocolate/onions/cheese (delete as applicable), but it doesn't like me.' What a load of moaners we all thought, but it gets us all in the end. My only consolation as I watch kids stuff down burgers etc is....just you wait, it will happen to you. :)
I used to get terrible gastritis and heartburn. You would often find me on a night out ordering a pint of milk! Since I gave up booze I have absolutely no issues.

I've been having acid reflux lately. I think it's because my recent habits have been:

- waking up late
- working late
- going to sleep late
- eating late, usually not long before sleeping

That last one is meant to be a pretty bad thing.

Is this now the NHS help thread?

Shh... we are all just loitering here, pretending to care about each other's ailments. In truth we are just waiting for that evil Dutchman to dare to step out of line and drop so much as a couple of points and then we'll be voting again!! <monster>

Well I have heard that all the players hate him, the academy is ignored, his tactics are crap and he wants to manage Chelsea but it's all very hush hush :emoticon-0127-lipss

I just went back over the early days of this thread to remind myself what people were saying. I wish I hadn't!

And if you go to the gallery on the OS, the last set of photos, there is a picture of him appearing to hug the unhappy Ryan Bertrand. What he is really doing is whispering in his ear, "Come back to the bridge with me, my son"

I read the first post <doh> and then I read post no. 4 <laugh> ... not sure who that sarcastic bastards is posting no.4
Using the deadliest weapon of all eh Fats! Seriously though, I'm sure I'm not alone in finding it hard to recall how those dark, pre-Watford days felt. Your analysis in that post was spot-on though. The fact is that Koeman, as it turns out, had lost the confidence of neither the Southampton F.C. board or the Southampton F.C. first team squad, and has, I would guess, got rather more than 77.7% of Saints fans on his side by now.

Somebody <whistle> posted a few suggestions in post [HASHTAG]#151[/HASHTAG] on page 8, and it looks as though these have all been acted upon, although I claim absolutely no credit! The last one, concerning the Academy, has been addressed by the change in formation allowing Targett a role, and with Austin and others to aim for, JWP's place, at least in the match squad, is assured. Clasie is proving his worth, so Harry Reed, just like the others trying to get into the team, simply have to get better, and quickly, as their time is running out.

I'm with you, it is bad :(

Used to suffer dreadfully from indigestion. Then I got divorced. Stopped suffering. Then I got remarried and after a year or so, it came back. Just waiting now .....

Clearly someone who knows nothing about the game, is totally biased and one-sided to the arrogant manager who also doesn't understand the game and should be picking Gaston and Harry Reed every week instead of the useless players who can't seem to get a result. Sarcasm? Lowest form of wit, mate ......
