Agreed. Along with Danny Drinkwater and hopefully a new signing our midfield should be strong next year. Matty James has got better and better as the season has gone on
Totally different scenarios James is still a young player making his way in the game. This is his first proper season as a professional Danns was an experienced pro (With disciplinary issues) on high wages and was more bothered with his social life then what happened on the pitch We all under estimated Matty James big time, we all though he was a tidy little player but nothing special but in recent months he has really made an impression. He compliments Andy King very well
When he arrived I thought he'd be a great player after having seen his performances at Preston, where he played in attacking midfield and scored a few long-range goals. He's not that sort of player now but I'm even more impressed with the outcome- he plays with intelligence beyond his years, he's Paul Scholes-esque.
Today he showed that he was no better than Proschwitz from 12 yards. Both bottled it when the pressure was really on - only difference is that Nick's miss didn't cost us while Knockaert's only cost Leicester a chance of £120 million
It was one of the most blatant dives I've seen this season. Two players running side by side, Knockaert throws himself to the ground, woeful refereeing to give that and it would've been an injustice had Knockaert scored and Leicester won the game from it.
How can you not open your eyes and see that Cassetti pushes down on Knockaert's shoulder to gain an unfair advantage? True it's soft. There isn't MUCH contact. But there is contact. Enough to gain an unfair advantage over Knockaert and for that reason it was a penalty. Open your ****ing eyes and leave your Anti-Leicester agenda to the side.
Just love how everybody hates us now when they never used to. At least with our decent owners when we dingo up, we will have a good chance of staying up

That's your unbiased view is it? If you watch it from the right angle (and not the one Sky showed repeated) you'll see the defender rests his arm on Knockaert's shoulder and then pushes his weight into him. It's cunningly disguised but undeniably intentional and the ref spotted it. It's clearly not shoulder to shoulder but a push. If it was anywhere else on the field it would have been a free kick and no-one would have battered an eye lid. Because it was in the area and at a crucial time in a crucial game, people are making a big deal out of it. I've seen penos given for literally nothing. This wasn't one. As for Knocky going down easily, you better get used to that because it happens all the time in the Prem. Top players always go down to help the ref make his mind up for him. I'd honestly be more pissed off with him if he stayed on his feet in that situation - too many penalties aren't given because the ref looks to how the opposition reacts.
I suppose the question is, where is the divide between dive and foul? Because he was certainly fouled even though I do think he could have stayed on his feet. But he was fouled and the penalty was correctly awarded.
I hate this **** but he knows his onions.
