Personally I had a hint/inkling about what Donald had done and the antipathy of KLD towards him. Confidentiality clauses may prevent us from knowing what happened and what say salaries the chuckle brothers paid themselves.
Maybe you're right and we'll never find out. But if these chancers have annoyed serious people of this calibre they should be worried in their beds.
