    It's more a case of which journalist do you believe.

    I think Rafa may have insisted on an option to buy. It would be a strange deal otherwise?

    Hence why I said 'I think.' Various reports doing the rounds as usual. If Rafa is responsible for signings then he will know the details.

    I think Rafa is suggesting once he has told them what he wants he plays no part. His exact words were:

    “I don’t know the conditions because I am more focused on football issues.

    “But we will know it in the future.”

    Doesn’t want any involvement in contracts and getting deals done. Basically saying it was Lees job to sign Kenedy - you’d imagine on the best deal available.

    I wouldn't trust Charnley to sell hot dogs. Though magic Mike has probably told him to feed Rafa scraps.
