I reckon they had a manager in mind. That they have possibly even spoken to, lined up as the next manager.

Hope so, as Phelan definitely deserves his chance. Even if it is simply down to a great surname that lends itself well to some songs!

I would be absolutely furious if Coleman was appointed City manager. His record at club level is patchy. And that's being generous.

Glad to hear it, I think Phelan deserves a crack at it, I had my doubts, but the way he's conducted himself over the last few weeks, very impressed
