The only bit of that I understood was 4. Been out and about today and it's the same everywhere.
Called in at an EE shop and they said they had had a few customers coming in with the same problem but different Web sites not Not606. No real techy in shop, suggested calling their help dept. Well we all know how that works so didn't even start down that road.
Why don't you move away from EE?

So when you say it's the same everyday, so did you have problems with EE and not606 before we upgraded the site and have you had the same problems today?

The reason I ask is as per the following example for myself:

I'm on Talktalk for my home wifi and I never have any trouble with that on any device.

However,

If I switch over to giffgaff on my mobile, O2 network, I've got one bar and I can't get on not606 - I never have been able to from home.

If I go out and am running off O2 then it's fine generally. I'm just in a geographically **** area to receive a mobile signal. But WiFi will work perfectly when at home.

Whereas in your situation you have two sims and Vodafone works fine, but EE does not.

How many times has this happened today and how many times did you have to refresh it?
It has happened twice today. First time I refreshed it several times and it didn’t work. I had to delete my Safari browser history and cookies and go back on Not606. Second time it happened and I clicked refresh and it brought it back straight away.

I’m also not seeing the Alerts pop up sometimes. Sometimes I’ll be reading a thread and it will show no Alerts but when I refresh the page manually or go to the next page of the thread, I’ll have like 8 Alerts from an hour ago.

When you cleared your browser history and cookies, did that include the cache?

In response to a users comment, I've posted this on the Sunderland board if it is of use to anyone, click below, it will take you to a video...

Please note when clearing cache, to be sure you know your log in details before commencing, and only do it for the site page you are on, otherwise doing it for all will wipe all your log ins.

Not the same everyday, I said it's the same everywhere. It's not mobil signal related. When not606 is not accessible it not available wherever I go.

If I remember right the first time it happened was last year Sept Oct time. So it's not related to the last site update. Sometimes it's off for a few days sometimes weeks. Have done restarting phone and clearing all history and such but as yet no obvious link found.

I'm away in a forest today and all phone signals are poor so using a lodge/club WiFi.

Elfs, had to laugh the other day when I was told he could access some website in Sweden, which when I checked happened to be the official football site of the country, if only we had the same capabilities. IF only someone could show him how to use a VPN, I'm sure it would help. Loved his reports from around South America.

Think he's too tight to cough up for a VPN, and he's not even from Yorkshire or Scotland. :emoticon-0138-think

Cleared all history, still can't access not606 but got a different message now. See below.
