Possibly one of my favourite players at the club, why can't we offer him a new deal now? Why wait till we are safe?
If we get him signed to a new contract, his value goes up.
So if Cashley wanted to sale Enrique he would get more.

If we get relegated he will be worth a fraction of whatever he would be worth if he penned a new deal.

P.s get Barton a new deal. NOW.

Reward are players with new deals, because they deserve it.

It's Jose who is stalling on the renewal. He want's to wait and see if we can stay up this season. I'm worried he will want to leave come summer! He's a fantastic player and all i hope for is that none of our top performers leave.

well it makes sensethat he doesnt want to commit until we're safe. He has to look out for his own career you know, he's not going to get an international callup in the championship (unless he's got a scottish granny)

I am seeing a topic with my name and am very happy to see people are enjoying me! =)

I am waiting to see if Newcastle will still be in the top division before committing because I am wanting to be in Spain squad soon and need to be playing top.

I only want leaving Newcastle for Barca I love it here. =)
