I find they dont prove a thing! Exhibit A, Nick Proschwitz Exhibit B Kamel Ghilas!The Juande Ramos that led Spurs to there worst top flight start to a season ever. Only 2 points from the opening 8 matches(2008) and bottom of the PL table Spurs/Ramos. Sacked just after the Hull loss along with his assistant Gus Poyet. The manager even Spurs fans said was not fit to run a bath nevermind there club. Spurs fans were not bothered about his past by the way.

I would have to disagree. Videos like this give you a good idea of their style of play, and we can see that this guy plays with his head up in a similar way to Geovanni. Obviously you can't buy a player just from highlights but it gives us a good idea of what type of player he is.

Take a look at JAVIAR ARCUNA who is being released by Real Madrid in June. Wants to play in the PL now. A wages only deal. Worth a go and as cheap as chips. A number of clips of him in action on you tube.

Didn't say style changed did i !! But clearly he/they are not as good as the videos make out! I was just pointing out that some fans see these Vids and get a chubby on and think should be signed because he looked awesome?
So now as a Fan who has seen the videos how would you rate Ghilas and Proschwitz do they look as good as these videos have shown them!

So you are judging a manager based on one season? After he was sacked by Spurs, he went to Real Madrid and picked up 52 out of 54 points in 18 consecutive games. The only reason he didn't get the job is because they appointed one of the best managers alive.

If there is an interest in this player, I am sure SB will not be relying on a Youtube clip to make a decision to buy him or not. At the end of the day like film clips what is put up on Youtube are the best bits.
