Tommy a middle-aged guy was overweight and unhealthy so he went to the doctors,
After the examination the doctor said "Sorry sir but you need a triple bypass, so Tommy replied " Do I ,what should I do next ? "
"Well you should bypass the tobacconist ,the pie shop and the pub!!".
