The difference between Cattermole and Tiote, is that Cattermole intentionally tries to hurt players. Tiote just does his job, he's just over-zealous at times and makes silly little trips and barges, and picks up unnecessary bookings.

He's been a bit lucky not to have been sent off by now, but he's never really made a straight red card challenge in a premier league match, the only times he should have seen red, was making too many yellow card fouls.
You say Cattermole intends to hurt players but Tiote is just a bit over zealous, how the **** would you know that. Did Catts tell you personally like.:steam:

You can tell by the way the player goes in what his intentions are.

Like the tackle on Jonas he made at the SoL, he was miles away from the ball, and just totally scythed his legs down from behind. It was just purely to hurt Jonas. And the several he made on Barton during the 3 he took part in. Ridiculous challenges.

Anyways, no point in trying to reason with mackems, It's like speaking to a brick wall.

See ya later .

Cattermole played less, hence less fouls. Scroll down; Cattermole commits fouls more frequently than Tiote. Only four players in Premier League HISTORY have more red cards than Cattermole, that is close to unbelievable considering how early in his career he is:
1 Patrick Vieira 8
2 Richard Dunne 8
3 Duncan Ferguson 8
4 Roy Keane 7
5 Lee Cattermole 6

You've misunderstood. It's minutes per foul, not fouls per minute, i.e. lower number = more frequent fouls ergo Tiote is "dirtier" than catts.

Sorry tash but that's a ridicuous statement to make. You know this for a fact do you? Please, prove it. Fair play, when catts was younger he was a bit of a thug, I don't think anyone's denying that, but he has definitely matured recently, and seems a lot more controlled since MON took over. Not making excues for his dirtier challenges in the past, but he was a young lad, as long as he has learned his lesson now you can't really hold it against him. Bear in mind he is only 24 now. Tiote has 2 years on him and should therefore be alot more mature, yet, looking at the stats, it's clear last season they were more or less just as "dirty" as eachother. If catts dives into a challenge with obvious intent to hurt another player this coming season then I'll accept you're right, but I honestly believe he has calmed down a lot recently, and we'll see the best of him this year.

Anita looked like a little boy chasing shadows.

This lad Carr cant keep producing the goods year after year. If they sell Tiote the ponce and Cabaye the dirty twat they will have the heart ripped out of the team. Lets see Arfa (good player that he is) operate with no midfield.

If they lose a couple of their so called better players they will be up **** creek with a centre midfield of Anita and possibly Perch.

Cough. Barton assaulting Etuhu. Cough.

Johnson said in an interview once

According to nufc.com!

I've heard an interview where he said he was a Sunderland fan but that he went to both grounds as a kid and loved watching Newcastle in the days of Ginola. No comments about supporting them, only watching them.
