Give him the job ffs …… or lose the fans ?
No, we all know he’s getting it. I was happy to just leave it for as long as, but the only thing that’s playing on my mind now was when JJ talked about it being difficult to negotiate new contracts for players if there’s a lack of certainty about who will be manager.

I’d say that’s particularly relevant to new signings or loans in January so I fully expect JJ to be installed before the end of this month. Perhaps it’ll be announced on Xmas day :emoticon-0160-movie

If I’m wrong and we get to the window without JJ being made permanent, I’d be worried, but I really can’t see that happening.

So what's the hold up? Who knows, it's not just us, the Charlton fans who are mystified, it's everyone in football.

I was a doubter, but JJ has proved himself <applause>

Some good news :emoticon-0157-sun: in the middle of grim times <wah>

Don’t jinx things. Leave JJ as caretaker while the run continues. Draw up a lucrative contract and if we lose two games before the end of the season then offer it to him. If we don’t, then give it to him at the final game as we head to the Championship.

Even JJ can't conquer the virus.

I wonder how many of those teams who called their games off only had 3 or 4 players on positive tests.
I smell a rat...

“Terry Skiverton has said the time was right to make the “gut-wrenching” decision to leave Yeovil Town after almost 23 years with the club.

It was announced yesterday that the former captain, manager, assistant manager and coach had left the club and it is understood he is heading to League One Charlton Athletic.

In an interview with journalist Chris Hull, he said he had been “overwhelmed” by the messages which had poured in from supporters, players and managers alike since the announcement.”
