Plead not guilty at magistrates court to get it put to a Crown Court, which he'll then plead guilty, in the hope of getting a lesser sentence?

If he got sent down and bummed in jail I'd actually laugh.

Why does Barton have such a fixation with SAFC or is he doing it to ingratiate himself to the Geordie Nation for some reason , when he is in his jail cell he will be able to play football with his fellow cell mates and regale them about his fantastic playing career where he never achieved his potential. I am sure it will be everybody’s fault not his , his managerial career will be at an end and that will be everybody’s fault not his , sorry Joey but not many people will have any sympathy throughout the country . SAFC have been a target of his for a while so it would be quite apt to send him to Durham or Frankland where I am sure he will be welcomed with open arms .
