So you are making the assumption that a contract was signed between the two parties, without actually knowing if there was one, based purely on the fact that a media outlet announced there was one. I'm pretty sure the media don't have access to view contracts of any clubs.

The fact there is no green light next to your name and you are not listed as viewing points towards the fact that you had run away. Perhaps you should force your owners to apologise for putting a release clause in a contract of a player you clearly don't want to leave.
