I'm not a woman so can't give you a definitive answer, but I'm pretty certain that there's been hundreds of thousands of incidents over the years in nightclubs where men have grabbed women and just been chucked out by the bouncers, rather than prosecuted.

But in your specific case, if you enter a Scottish nightclub where there's drunk women, you're effectively signing a legal document that says you're open to anything and have no recompense should it kick off. Everyone knows these rules - you can't go to a bondage session and then complain that you got tied up.
Aye, everyone knows the rules, women that go for a night out with very short skirts and tight fitting tops on are asking for it and should have no complaints if they're groped. More ****e to follow. :emoticon-0138-think

You're struggling to understand a joke, ric.

Been to Aberdeen and the Shetlands with work a lot. Like both places but wouldn't want to live in either.

Thought you were taking a break from getting in arguments on here.

No mate. Oil drilling engineer. Dentist drills would be preferable - much more civilised and inside work.

Really? I find most dentists pretentious bastards these days. My Dad was a big boss in Stena for years and dealt with the rigs and tankers etc.
