Those two sentences are like, not even close <laugh>

Maybe it's the thought that they maybe an investment opportunity rather than an exercise in sport-washing is starting to get to them. Man City snatched Robinho away from Chelsea as a statement of intent, Newcastle got Wood from Burnley.
