I think with Huddlestone not working out Bruce has been looking for a lively creative midfield force. He looked at Maloney and now another one. Diame can be creative but he isn't that quick now.

I like Rabia and Kahraba. Rabia didn't get much of a chance at Sporting and Kahraba did class in the Swiss top division whilst he was at Luzern.
