Liverpool traditionally have had crap 'keepers, apart from Clemence and arguably Lawrence. Gulasci, anyone?Fair point however,, Grobbelaar was a class keeper. His saves far outweighed his gaffs.
Unlike Raheem Sterlings cross last nightDerby County striker Darren Bent is in talks with Turkish side Trabzonspor.
Tottenham are closing in on a £5million move for Coventry teenager James Maddison, who would be loaned back.
Talks ongoing between Legia and Hull City about Kuciak but it's not over the line yet, despite Polish reports saying it is.

Early replacement. I think his contract runs out this summer.Keeper with great European experience with Legia Warsaw. Sounds like this has got Big Sam's recommendation all over it as he was associated with West Ham a couple of years back? Goodbye Jak
Reina, yes, but for me Dudek is a resounding NO. Admittedly, we didn't get many games over here back then. But the games I did see him in, he was an utter joke.Jerzy Dudek was alright and Pepe Reina was brilliant.

Norwich have made a bid for Bamford on a permanent.
That's that put to bed then.

Won't be long before he's playing in the championship then !!!Norwich have made a bid for Bamford on a permanent.
Bamford may refuse Norwich if he suspects they will go down?
He may prefer a loan and keep his options open to summer?
If Norwich go down I don't think they'd struggle to come back up, they don't have to sell and will do what we did.
As I said, the few times I actually saw Dudek, I wasn't impressed. Liverpool are my second team, after City. My son Rob played for Our Lady Star of the Sea in Lytham until we came over here. I helped coach the club, and we had strong ties with both Liverpool clubs. We have pics of Rob receiving awards from Shankly, Paisley (whose speech was unintelligible), Emlyn Hughes, Howard Kendall, Alan Ball, and others. Those were the days, my friend. But they did end.Aye, makes you wonder how he managed to get nominated for the UEFA Goalkeeper Of The Year in his first season there.
He played a massive part in them winning the Champions League, leading to Liverpool fans voting him in at 36 on a greatest ever player vote.
