Sheffield Wednesday striker Atdhe Nuhiu has signed a new two-and-a-half year contract.
Palace are now favourites to sign Emmanuel Adebayor.
***gotFood based puns. Yeah.
7 mill?! I think Brucie would walk if the Allams sold him, with Elmo been so far off his game the only threat we have on the flanks is robertson and clucas
Snoddy hasnt shown enough yet to be considered a threat surely? I think he will be but hasnt shown it yet.Snodgrass, Dave?

Surely not!?!?!?!
This would be outrageous if the club accepted the bid. Give him a new contract and get him tied down for the next 5 years, from memory he has about 16 months left?

Matty Dixon is off to York City.
Always weary of players after a bad injury, most never come back the same sadly, so hopefully snoddy bucks the trend.I know what you mean, but he showed he was a threat before we bought him and I have no reason, having seen his returns, that will not continue; especially in the Championship. In no way do I want Robertson leaving, but if they offer enough, then nothing would surprise me.

I kind of agree with you about Robbo, but I think he seems like a real level headed guy. I dont think he would be turned by a quick $ if he would get a better move in the summer. He is PL standard and will hopefully be back there with Hull in Summer.
I cant believe we havent extended his contract though, we shouldnt have let it get to the stage that others can sniff around. If we wait to summer to offer him one he will be off, no doubt about that.
agree, but we are where we are so get him signed on a 5 year deal now.Or sign them on a longer deal in the first place? Good up and coming players who are going to increase in value all being well seem to attract 5 year deals elsewhere.
A five year deal for a club city's size is a hell of a risk, all it takes is one bad injury and we're up the creek Bullard style, don't forget as well, we've lost 16 months of Snodgrass through injury, Diomande not really played for us yet through injury . And to be honest we seem to be very unlucky with injuries.agree, but we are where we are so get him signed on a 5 year deal now.

Yeah I understand that but we get him on a 5 year now we sell him on for more in summer, or if we go up keep him!A five year deal for a club city's size is a hell of a risk, all it takes is one bad injury and we're up the creek Bullard style, don't forget as well, we've lost 16 months of Snodgrass through injury, Diomande not really played for us yet through injury . Agree, I maybe wrong on this but I've read somewhere the cost of insuring a player is quite a bob or two.Your right, but that's what insurance is for isn't it?
