If Mo leaves then he's a bullshit artist of the highest order. All that about wanting to pay the club back for standing by him through his injury was just typical footballer drivel. Then again he could be told we want him to go as the old fart wants to pocket the cash?

We haven't got a single player who wouldn't move back to the Premier League if given the chance, they're not City fans, it's a job.

Charlton Athletic are one of two Championship clubs hoping to sign Arsenal midfielder Serge Gnabry on loan.

Swansea City are interested in signing Reading midfielder Danny Williams.

Celtic are on the verge of signing striker Colin Kazim-Richards from Feyenoord.

Mo to Palace is not happening according to the BBC. Palace are after an unid midfielder though but not Mo.

The story about us needed to shift Aluko before we can sign Powell is coming from Alan Nixon, who's generally very reliable.

If that's correct, then for the sake of paying another player for 4 months highlights how tight a ship the Allams have now imposed. Also if thats the case the only benefit I can see to the proposed deal is to get Powell in, get him 'settled' with a view to buying him in the Summer?

Brentford defender James Tarkowski is on his way for a medical at Burnley after a deal was agreed between the two clubs.

Cardiff sign striker Kenneth Zohore on loan from Belgian club KV Kortrijk.

He said if he didn't get sold he'd give his all on the pitch, not sure how he was talking bullshit?
I can't be arsed to find the quote now, and I am paraphrasing but it was something along the lines of wanting to stay and help us get back up after what we had done for him. Frankly I would understand if he left, but I don't get why footballers pretend to be passionate when we all know the reality of the situation. It's probably a moot point anyway as there's not been any offers yet, and hopefully it stays that way.

I didn't say it wasn't. It still doesn't change what he said though does it?

All players say stuff like that, what do you expect him to say 'I'll hang around until I get a better offer'?

Just assume that everything a player says about wanting to stay at a club is complete bollocks and you won't end up being disappointed.

Just say nowt. Easy enough really. I've been following football long enough to know most of what comes out of 95% of their mouths is bullshit. Doesn't make it any less annoying.

Anyway I'm speaking as if he has come out and tried to force a move. All it is at the moment is rumours of a bid. He may turn out to be a lad with integrity of the highest order.
