You just pointed out the problem with their wages,teams would take them but wouldn't pay those wages which raises the question,if they were released does the remainder of their contract get paid?
It would be an issue but if subsidizing 30-50% of the wages its still £140k-200k (ish) savings which would still be a decent player coming in or a few loans!
