Leave him to get relegated and pick him up for a fraction of the price in the summer. Or better stil don't bother then either.
Thought last night watching Adam Armstrong he would be a better signing than Gordon, He's a CF who can play either wing, can score goals and he's a local lad who'd count towards "homegrown players" when we start making Europe. As a back up player who can come in and compete for multiple places across the front three in cup competitions etc for £30m I'd much rather him than Gordon.
I really don't like the Gordon move... not at all. Want to trust the process, but I have a really bad feeling about spending that much money on him. We've dodged a couple of bullets since the takeover, by luck or judgement I'm unsure, but this just stinks to me.
