This. He's after the pay offs surely
This.
There should be a clause to protect clubs that when they pay a manager off for the remainder of their contract, a proportion is returned if he then finds work during that original contract period.
Useless twats like Bruce could effectively be getting 3 or 4 salaries for the same year based on continually having contracts terminated and paid off.
Incredibly he did aswel as rafa benitez for 2 seasons and kept us up while the takeover was in the making.
If he'd not done aswel we might still have the ****er
No need to worry, I really can't see him getting another chance here.Wouldn't want rafa now worry he might get a shot in the future

For one, I hope Eddie is here for many, many years, as it will mean he is successful if he stays. By which time, Rafa will hopefully be retired.
Secondly, IF the club were to decide to part with Eddie sooner, then it would be to appoint someone of a higher calibre than Rafa.
The minute howe has a bad run people will start wanting him replaced .
I won't, I love him and have wanted his as the boss for years
I won't,we're just about safe before Christmas and it must be at least 10 years since we could say that. The minute howe has a bad run people will start wanting him replaced .
This. Rated him way before he came here. I seem to recall Pouchy saying Eddie was his 1st choice of new young manager years ago. The ways he builds players and teams, I can't see him going anywhere roo soon.I won't, I love him and have wanted his as the boss for years

Even if results start to go against him, he is building the right foundations for success.

He won't be here for ever, but honestly when you look around - take Spurs for example, with Conte on the brink - where do you go? If you wanted a student of the game who can build a club, improve players and come across as really decent, someone who is doing an amazing job and high up in the league - who's better than Eddie Howe? He's got a way to go but there's really only competition from Nagelsman, but I'd rather the English bloke we've got, ta! And Nagelsman is at the pinnacle anyway, I imagine he might be City's choice when Pep jacks it in.
Simione sacked not long ago he was getting rimmed. They're all riding waves and they all come off eventually.
