Refer to my earlier post - We MUST have a couple of things bubbling away... Have to. Can't believe for a second that we don't, it's just until we can see it and touch it there are potential beds to be wet.

Maybe a LB? Target? Know he's injured but he is still here!
A back up fullback Manquillo and Krafth are here but could do with upgrading. Defo need a second LB probably and probably an upgrade on Target!
A back up CB Again agreed here - 4th choice CB though hard to come by of any real quality unless we buy a starting CB alongside Botman and Schar and Burn become 3/4th choices respectively
Another two CM's, Spot on, someone alongside Joe and Bruno must be a priority after that Shelvey and Anderson could do as back up but again I'd sell Jonjo and Loan Anderson and bring in someone
A winger / An attacking mid or another winger - Pooled together as I think 2 wingers needed - upgrade on Almiron and competition for ASM
A 3rd choice striker, I'd be looking for a winger who can cover there

Hopefully the club are working on a winger and CM this window and I think leaving it late could be a ploy - players like Maddison and Thuram have 6 months to run on their contracts, could be a busy deadline day...
 
The mere suggestion of my knob being removed has spurred Keith Downie et al to immediately Tweet that we're close with Gordon and it'll likely be done over the weekend.

Don't think we'll get anywhere near that.

So now Gordon looks done. I think we'll grab Ashby. That's the attack depth and sub RB sorted. Any other attackers need to be younger lads in the development squad, we have to make Isak first choice and support with Wilson.

Summer I reckon will be RCB (younger backup), LB (first choice) and Maddison.
